By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

- Handmade or handcrafted production

4. Handmade and Handcrafted Products
Some Neel and Petals products are handmade or handcrafted.
Because of the nature of handmade production, individual pieces may show minor variations in print placement, colour, texture, stitching or finish.
These variations often form part of the unique character of the product and will not ordinarily be treated as manufacturing defects.
5. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may be changed from time to time without prior notice.
Where a product is offered at a sale price, both the regular price and discounted price may be displayed.
The price applicable to your order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine technical or pricing errors.
Shipping charges, taxes, duties or other applicable charges may be shown separately where relevant.
6. Pricing or Technical Errors
We try to ensure that all product and pricing information is accurate. However, genuine errors may occasionally occur.
If an obvious pricing, product-information or technical error affects an order, we may contact you before fulfilment.
Where an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled because of such an error, the order may be cancelled and any amount already paid for the affected order will be returned through the appropriate payment method.
7. Orders
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
An order may be subject to verification of:

All products are subject to availability.
Although we make reasonable efforts to keep stock information accurate, a product may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.
If this happens, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include an alternative product or cancellation of the unavailable item with return of the applicable payment.
9. Payments
Payments may be processed using third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.
Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or other methods supported by the payment provider at checkout.
Payment information entered into a third-party payment interface is also subject to that provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
Neel and Petals does not ordinarily receive or store complete card numbers, UPI authentication credentials, banking passwords or similar authentication information entered directly into the secure payment gateway.
An order will not be considered successfully paid until the payment provider confirms the transaction.
10. Shipping Within India
Shipping charges and available delivery options will be displayed or calculated in accordance with our current Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- Courier operations
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Local disruptions
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders within the indicated timeframe but cannot guarantee an exact delivery date unless expressly stated.
11. International Shipping
We may accept orders for delivery outside India.
International customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Depending on the destination, an international shipment may be subject to:

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such destination-specific charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply for unusually heavy or bulky parcels or deliveries to certain remote locations. Where additional payment is required from our side before dispatch, we will contact the customer for approval.

12. Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, telephone number and other information required for delivery.
Neel and Petals will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from materially incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel is dispatched again.
13. Exchanges and Returns
Neel and Petals follows an exchange-only policy for eligible change-of-mind, preference or sizing requests.
We do not ordinarily accept returns or provide refunds merely because a customer changes their mind or no longer wishes to keep a product.
Eligible exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products submitted for exchange must meet the conditions stated in our Exchange & Returns Policy, including requirements relating to unused condition, tags and packaging.

14. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You may be required to provide:
- Order details
- Clear photographs or video of the product
- Photographs of packaging where relevant
- A description of the issue
We will review the concern and, where it is accepted as valid, aim to complete the appropriate resolution within 7 days from acceptance of the concern.
Nothing in our Exchange & Returns Policy or these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove any remedy or right available to a consumer under applicable law.
15. Exchange Shipping Charges
For an exchange requested because of size, preference or another reason not caused by an error or defect on our part, applicable return and re-shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
For a verified damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied product, Neel and Petals will bear applicable replacement or return shipping costs as appropriate.
International exchanges may also involve customs, taxes, duties or courier charges.
16. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
An order may be cancelled before dispatch where operationally possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable Exchange & Returns Policy will apply after delivery.
Neel and Petals may also cancel an order where necessary because of product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, technical errors or circumstances preventing fulfilment.
Where we cancel a prepaid order that cannot be fulfilled, the applicable payment will be returned through the appropriate payment channel.
17. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer sales, promotional codes or special offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be combined.
- Discount codes must be entered before completing checkout.
- Promotions may be subject to product, minimum-order, date or customer restrictions.
- Promotional offers may be modified or withdrawn before an order is placed.
